Shire of Narrogin Proposed Local Law
The Shire of Narrogin proposes to adopt an Amendment Local Law.
Purpose – to correct errors in the Health Local Law 2022 identified by the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation, and align the Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2017 (as amended) with adopted policy.
Effect – to align the local laws with these requirements and policy.
A copy of the proposed local law may be inspected at or obtained from –
- the Administration Centre in Earl Street during normal office hours
- from the Shire of Narrogin’s website
- by contacting the Administration Centre
Submissions about the proposed local laws may be made by 4.00pm, 27 September 2022 –
