Adopted CEO Recruitment Policies & Standards

The Local Government Act 1995 S5.39A and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 R18FA requires the Shire of Narrogin to adopt a Standard for the Recruitment, Performance and Termination of a Chief Executive Officer.

Adopted Acting CEO Appointment Policy

The Local Government Act 1995 S5.39C and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 R18FA requires the Shire of Narrogin to adopt a Policy that sets out the process to be followed by the local government in relation to the employment of a person in the position of CEO for a term not exceeding 1 year and the appointment of an employee to act in the position of CEO for a term not exceeding 1 year.
