NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY
The Shire of Narrogin gives notice as per Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995 of its intention to lease Part 2, Lot 36, 39-45 Federal Street Narrogin, to CSBP Ltd for an annual lease of $12,360 (ex GST) for a two year term.
An independent market valuation of $12,360 (ex GST) annual rent was received by the Shire on 3 February 2022.
Submissions on the proposed disposition should be addressed to the undersigned or to enquiries@narrogin.wa.gov.au before 4.00 pm on Friday 25 February 2022.
