Adoption of Local Law
The Council has resolved to adopt an Amendment Local Law 2022, with its commencement date being 19 November 2022.
Purpose: to correct errors in the Health Local Law 2022 identified by the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation, and align the Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2017 (as amended) with adopted policy.
Effect: to align the local laws with these requirements and policy.
A copy of the local law can be obtained from our website or may be inspected at or from the Administration Centre, 89 Earl Street, Narrogin during normal office hours. If a printed copy of information is required, please advise the Office the day prior to picking up the documents.
The consolidations of the Health Local Law and Bush Fire Brigades Local Law as affected by this Amendment Local Law are available on the Shire’s website.
