Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Narrogin (Shire) proposes to enter a Major Land Transaction and Trading Undertaking.
The Shire proposes to develop the following parcels of land for sale and/or supply of housing for sale or rent:

· 31 Ensign Street, Narrogin

· 38 & 38A Furnival Street, Narrogin
|
|
· 20 Havelock Street, Narrogin
|

· 73 & 73A Northwood Street, Narrogin
|
|
· 29-31 Felspar Street, Narrogin
|

Submissions are invited for Council’s consideration on the proposed transaction by email enquiries@narrogin.wa.gov.au, or posted to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 1145, Narrogin WA 6312.
The deadline for submissions is Friday 11 September 2026 at 4.00pm.
