A niche opportunity for Narrogin was identified by new-to-the-Narrogin-business-community proprietor Rhiannon Mourtiz by providing Reformer Pilates as an alternative exercise regime to the Narrogin and the extended regional community. Reformer Pilates provides a complementary extension to her Physiotherapy service.

The Remedy (Physio & Pilates) is located in a beautifully transformed historical bank building in the Narrogin CBD on Egerton Street. Rhiannon has provided a light-filled and fresh environment where she coaches her clientele in achieving their wellness goals through body strengthening on the pilates reformers with classes catering for men and women with differing requirements. The next nearest like-service is in Perth.

Shire President Leigh Ballard said “We are very fortunate to have young entrepreneurial minds in our community who can identify opportunities and take them to the helm as Rhiannon has done with her Pilates Studio. It seems the local community has really embraced this “new” to town exercise opportunity”.

The Shire President, Leigh Ballard, and the Narrogin Chamber’s President, Bevan Steele, visited Rhiannon and her team to wish them every success in their business growth and acknowledged their confidence in Narrogin’s community and the wider district. Rhiannon was presented with a Chamber welcome pack and the Shire presented local wine all wrapped up in the Shire of Narrogin ‘Love the Life’ calico shopping bag. Rhiannon has become a member of the Chamber of Commerce in order to enjoy the benefits of belonging to the Narrogin business community.
