OPPORTUNITY TO LEASE – 39 FEDERAL STREET, NARROGIN (NEXT TO BP)
The Shire of Narrogin invites Expressions of Interest to lease the Shire-owned property located at 39 Federal Street, Narrogin.
This prominent corner property offers exceptional visibility and exposure in the heart of the Narrogin town centre. The premises include a large open-plan area, multiple office spaces, and excellent street frontage, ideally suited for a range of commercial, retail or professional uses.
The Shire welcomes proposals from commercial tenants and service providers seeking a well-located space to establish or expand their operations within Narrogin’s vibrant commercial precinct.
Interested parties are asked to provide the following details in their submission:
- Overview of the intended use of the premises;
- Details or concepts of any proposed fit out or refurbishment plans;
- Proposed lease term (and any options) and rental offer per annum;
- Relevant business or organisational background; and
- Description of the anticipated economic or service benefit to the region.
