The Shire of Narrogin invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from accredited and experienced aged care providers to explore the potential transfer of Narrogin Regional Homecare operations to an external, approved provider. This EOI seeks parties capable of maintaining high-quality services, a strong local presence, and seamless continuity for clients and staff.
The Shire is undertaking a public EOI process to identify suitable providers to assume ongoing operations of Narrogin Regional Homecare and can demonstrate the capacity to:
- Maintain or enhance the current level and quality of services to clients;
- Retain a local base of operations in Narrogin;
- Provide continuity of care by supporting the transition of current staff, volunteers, and care teams;
- Meet all Commonwealth aged care accreditation and compliance standards.

Key Dates
- EOI opens: Friday, 26 September 2025
- EOI closes: 5:00 PM AWST, Tuesday, 25 November 2025
- Decision timeframe: Council anticipates considering submissions and making a final decision at the December 2025 Ordinary Council Meeting.

Submit an EOI in accordance with the instructions set out in the EOI document. Suggested subject line: “EOI – Narrogin Regional Homecare Operations”. Please ensure your submission addresses the capabilities listed above and any mandatory information requested in the EOI document.
Submissions will be assessed against the evaluation criteria in the EOI document. The Shire intends to make a decision following Council consideration in December 2025.
