This exhibition is proudly supported by the WA Government through the Regional Exhibition Touring Boost.

Previously exhibited at the Vancouver Arts Centre in Albany, 100 Chawan explores the quiet beauty of handmade ceramics inspired by traditional Japanese pottery.

The exhibition features 100 unique tea bowls, each carefully crafted, alongside beautiful textile works made from natural fibres and plant dyes.

A specially commissioned soundscape by artist Nat Rad adds another sensory layer to the experience.

RSVP for the Artist Talk    Join us for a relaxed afternoon in the gallery with Great Southern artists Linda Chambers and Collyn Gawned.

Enjoy a cuppa, light afternoon tea, and a walk-through of the exhibition as the artists share the stories behind their work. 

This interactive artist talk will also include additional pieces to handle and explore up close.
