NOTICE OF LEASE OF PROPERTY

The Shire of Narrogin gives notice, in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, of its intention to lease the property located at Jesse House, 30 Clayton Road, Narrogin to Silverchain Group Ltd for the purpose of delivering aged care services.

The proposed lease is for a term of five (5) years, with two (2) further options of three (3) years each. The proposed annual rent is $20,000.00 plus GST, plus all outgoings, with annual CPI reviews.

Written submissions regarding the proposed lease are invited and must be received by 4.00 pm on 25 June 2026.
