SHIRE OF NARROGIN
DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED VEHICLES BY TENDER
Submissions are invited for the purchase of vehicles currently in the possession of the Shire of Narrogin and classified as uncollected goods, pursuant to section 3.40A of the Local Government Act 1995 and regulation 29A of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996.
These vehicles have not been collected within the prescribed timeframes following notification to the owner(s), and are now offered for sale by tender.
ITEMS
- 2013 Ford Focus ST – Yellow
- 2006 Hyundai Trajet – Silver
- 2008 Hyundai Elantra – Gold
- 2006 Mazda 3 – Black
- 2001 Honda CRV – White
- 2004 Holden Commodore Ute (VY or VZ series) – White
All submissions must be made in writing and addressed to the undersigned or submitted via email no later than 2:00pm Thursday 7 May 2026. Submissions must clearly identify the item(s) to which the offer relates. Submissions for multiple items are permitted.
All vehicles are offered on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. Inspections are available by appointment on week days between 20 April to 30 April 2026. Photographs of the vehicles are available here.
The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Shire reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer.
