The Shire of Narrogin gives notice, in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, of its intention to lease the property located at 39 Federal Street, Narrogin to Lucky Cat Trading Pty Ltd for a period of a 2-year term for the purpose of an Asian Grocer.
The proposed lease is for an annual rent of $21,250.00 + GST per annum, plus all outgoings, which reflects an independent market appraisal dated 13 November 2025.
