NOTICE OF LEASE OF PROPERTY
The Shire of Narrogin gives notice, in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, of its intention to lease the property located at 41–43 Federal Street, Narrogin to CSBP Ltd for another 2-year term.
The proposed lease is for an annual rent of $18,180 + GST per annum, effective from 1 March 2026. An independent market appraisal determining an annual rental value of $18,180 + GST was received by the Shire on 13 November 2025.
