NOTICE OF LEASE OF PROPERTY
The Shire of Narrogin gives notice, pursuant to Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995, of its intention to lease 45 Federal Street Narrogin, to The Food Boss, for the purposes of a Cafe, for an annual lease of $15,600 + GST pa, plus all outgoings, for a one (1) year term with a one (1) year option and an initial two month rent free period to enable clean up and setup.
An independent market valuation of $18,250 + GST annual rent was received by the Shire on 20 February 2024 however the Shire is of the view that the discounted rent proposed is fair and reasonable.
Submissions on the proposed disposition should be addressed to the undersigned or to enquiries@narrogin.wa.gov.au before 4.00 pm on Friday 22 March 2024.
