The ornate Town Hall, a fine example of Victorian ‘wedding cake’ architecture, is the grandest building in Narrogin and overlooks the busy corner of Federal and Fortune Streets. It was opened by the member for the district, the Hon G.S.F. Cowcher, on the 18th December, 1908, and has been the scene of a wide range of community events since the grand Municipal Ball held in honour of its opening.
