Clearing of Native Vegetation

The Clearing of Native Vegetation in Western Australia without a  permit is an offence under the Environmental Protection Act 1989 and can result in fines of up to $250,000.

To assist in the process of clearing native vegetation the Shire of Narrogin has produced "A Guide for Fence Line Clearing of Native Vegetation".
