The following roads adopted in 2016/17 budget for maintenance being either resheeting, reconstruction or resealing were completed.
Municipal funded road works include:

- Highbury East Road

- Cannell Road
Roads to Recovery funded road works include:
- Fairway Street
- Clayton Road
- Dongolocking Road
- Narrogin Valley Road
- Narrakine Road South
Regional Road Group funded road works include:
- Federal Street
- Tarwonga Road
- Narrogin-Harrismith Road
- Wandering-Narrogin Road
Footpaths to be constructed or receiving works:
- Mokine Road (concrete stabilisation) Graham Road to Federal Street
- Felspar Street – Floreat Street to Narrakine Road
- Federal Street – Forrest Street to Toyota
Play Ground Equipment replacement:
- Sydney Hall Way
- Jersey Street near the junction of Ensign Street
- Yale Street
Drainage improvement works:
- Rail Way Dam (improve storm water flow to the dam)
- Highbury tennis courts
Other proposed asset improvements include:
- Clayton Road Oval – Cricket Practice Nets
- Works Depot Security Upgrade
