The Shire of Narrogin has an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, organized, caring person to work in a team environment to fill the role of Client Services Officer for Narrogin Regional Homecare.

The Client Services Officer is responsible for care coordination and delivery of quality home care within a holistic reablement and wellness approach to enhance the lifestyle and living experiences of those residing at home.  The Client Services Officer designs care plans and coordinates services which are enabling to care recipients and focus on empowerment of the client to maximise quality of life, promote healthy active ageing and facilitate community engagement.

The candidate will have high level computer literacy as well as excellent verbal and communication skills and a customer focussed attitude with the ability to build relationships based on trust and respect.  A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in Community Aged Care is preferred.

The position is a part-time role of three days a week with a salary range of between $26.06 and $27.87 per hour. Plus, superannuation of up to 15% subject to matching contributions.
