Bookings by phone:
The Town of Narrogin is an AGENT only for TRANSWA, this means that it is not possible to take bookings or give information over the phone therefore the following steps must be followed:

  • Customers will need to book their tickets and get any information through TRANSWA Reservations in Perth on: 1300 662 205;

  • Once a booking has been made through TRANSWA Perth the Customer can then come into the Town of Narrogin to pay for their ticket.

  • Their ticket will then be printed at this office.

Bookings in Person:
A Customer can come into the Town of Narrogin Administration office and book and pay for their ticket through the TRANSWA online system.

Payments:
All payments for TRANSWA is
Cash Only.

Refunds:
All customers are to be advised that the Town of Narrogin
does not give refunds! Should one be required then it will need to be claimed through TRANSWA Perth directly.

The Town of Narrogin can supply a refund form for Customers to post to TRANSWA.
