OFF ROAD VEHICLES

The Town of Narrogin and surrounds is prohibited for the use Off Road Vehicles. Unlicensed motorbikes are not to be ridden in areas such as Fox’s Lair, Thomas Hogg Oval and bush land, gazette roads and Department of Environment & Conservation property.

Off Road These motorbikes are only permitted on private property with the consent of the owner, however they must comply with noise constraints.

Council and Police work closely together to address this issue. Officers have authority to impound vehicles, issue heavy fines and take court action.

Residents are requested to note precise descriptions of the offender, offender’s vehicles, dates and times of offences and properties vehicles are originating from, and then pass the information onto the Regulatory Services Officer on 0448 873 207 or 08 9881 1944 during office hours.
